Having grown up in his family’s excavating and trucking business, Mark also brings a vast knowledge not only in operating heavy equipment but the ability to repair and maintenance directly, on-site as needed, reducing any protentional delays in construction. Tom is an accomplished, results oriented Construction Manager with 36 years of diversified experience directing large scale projects in High Voltage Electrical Transmission, Power Plant, Civil and Commercial Construction. Specialized in the installation of large diameter deep foundation drilled shafts, inland and marine, soldier beam walls, driven piles, sheet piling, temporary and permanent shoring. Small diameter drilling and specialty geotechnical work, such as tiebacks, micro piles and soil nail walls. Adept in the management of $75+ million projects that are delivered safely, within tight deadlines and budget constraints.

With 30 years of experience in substation construction, ground-wells, grounding, piping, Right of Way Access and excavation and grading, Dave has a multi-talented level of construction knowledge. He has managed crews on several large-scale projects and is diligent in ensuring that the safety and efficiency of his crew gets the project completed on time and within budget.

Jon’s 25-year experience began in Bridge and Heavy Highway Excavation and underground trenching, prior to transitioning his career into Right of Way Access and restoration. Jon offers an array of valuable skills; his ability to understand and read prints, oversee projects and lead crews, ensure all safety, regulatory and compliances are followed while maintaining the expected project budgets and completion dates. Jon is an influential part of the Newville Construction Services team.

Dan dedicates himself as an honest and dependable employee who tackles any job and its challenges with determination and a strong work ethic. He works right along with his crew, never asking them to take on anything he, himself, wouldn’t. Dan takes great pride in not only his crew, himself and their work but in their efficiency to get the job completed. Having 18 years’ experience in the construction industry Dan’s talents include mass excavation and grading, pipe installation, road building, Right of Way Access, equipment operating and he holds a Class A Commercial Driver’s License. He has been with Newville Construction Services since 2016 where Dan has supervised various large-scale projects. 

Dan began his career on a dairy farm which is what gave him the skill sets to become successful within the construction industry and a vital team member to Newville Construction Services.

Angie has been a committed employee of Newville Construction Services, where she ensures that all equipment and vehicles are well-maintained and adhere to FMCSA and DOT safety standards and regulations. Before joining Newville Construction Services, Angie worked as a licensed Medical Assistant. Her nurturing nature, evident in her care for her four grandchildren and horses, has been a valuable asset in her role at Newville Construction Services. 

Aimee has demonstrated diligent work and dedication at Newville Construction Services, managing various responsibilities including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Contract Management. Before joining NCS, Aimee served as a Financial Analyst at the GSA (General Services Administration) in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. Her expertise and skills have significantly contributed to the team’s administrative achievements.

Mallie is a 2012 graduate of Kent State University with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies. His undergraduate coursework included classes in business and entrepreneurship as well as a minor in advertising. He was a 3-year letterman on the KSU men’s wrestling team, a 2012 NCAA Division I National Tournament qualifier, and a team representative on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Mallie also graduated from the Shippensburg University MBA program in May 2021. His MBA coursework covered topics that include organizational behavior and leadership, economics and financial management, information systems, supply chain management, and marketing.  

Mallie has worked in the construction industry his entire life. He began as an equipment operator and blaster before becoming a small crew and shop foreman. In 2014 he became an assistant site superintendent, handling many daily interactions with customers and communicating complete and accurate information to the accounting department. As the Director of Bidding and Contracts, Mallie’s philosophy is focused on pricing work in a way that provides value to the customer while allowing field superintendents to realize healthy profits, customer satisfaction, and safety when performing the work as bid. Mallie believes that exceeding customer expectations of value and quality while working safely should be a high-priority goal of our organization. In order to achieve that, all jobs must start with a complete accounting of the entire scope of work and a contract that is in the best interest of all parties.  

Aaron came right out of high school knowing where his passions lied. He graduated from the Pennsylvanian College of Technology with a Degree in Applied Science with an emphasis in heavy equipment operation.  He has 15+ years of experience in Right of Way (ROW) Access, mass grading, road construction, pipe installation, and various civil construction projects. Almost ten years of his career have been spent overseeing projects and leading crews on projects ranging from one site to managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Dan has over 20 years of dirt moving experience, from massive earth moving operations to small residential projects. Also to include utilities, pipe installation and finish grading work. Of those 20 plus years, 10 or more have been in the power and energy field access solutions. Ranging from the Marcellus Shale pipelines and well drilling pads to electrical transmission right of ways and substations. Dans list of certifications include, but not limited to:

Jared Frankovich is a cornerstone of expertise and dedication within Newville Construction, specializing in powerline structure preparations and installation, electrical work, and blasting industries. With a robust background spanning over a decade, Jared’s proficiency encompasses welding, heavy equipment mechanics, and maintenance on oil and natural gas equipment. His extensive experience also includes small-diameter drilling for ground wells, installation of Williams grout anchors, perforating, and blasting operations, making him an indispensable asset to our team.

As a testament to his commitment to safety and professionalism, Jared holds CPR certification, a Class A CDL, and is a licensed blaster, ensuring that every aspect of his work meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. Beginning with his time in the Marine Corps, serving in Desert Storm gave Michael the skills to work under pressure in a variety of situations.  He also has over 30 years’ experience in project management and commercial construction related fields.    Michael has blended his years of experience with his degree in Electrical Construction and Dale Carnegie Course to provide balanced service in every industry he has worked in.  At Newville, he is using those skills to create relationships with suppliers in order to provide on-time bids and real-time solutions to job site needs.  Michael prides himself in providing fast, efficient solutions in a variety of situations.

Meghan is a key asset to Newville Construction Services’ daily operations in and out of the office. Her strive for excellence starts from a young age showing animals in 4-H and working on the family farm in Punxsutawney, PA. After graduating high school she attended Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, PA majoring in Large Animal Science specializing in livestock science and management. While at DelVal she was the class of 2015 secretary, a member of the livestock quiz bowl team, a member of the 2014-2015 livestock judging team, as well as a sister for Sigma Alpha the agricultural sorority where she is the alumni philanthropy chair. Meghan has worked on various pig and cattle farms before joining the Newville team. When she is not answering the phone or printing our construction plans you can find her assisting on various blasting jobs doing paperwork, setting up seismographs and keeping accurate records of explosives.
